Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address and will be shown during checkout.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES
Because of factors such as traffic and weather conditions in South Florida , we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time.
However, you may request a preferred delivery time frame by adding instructions in the special instructions box at checkout. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.
You are also welcome to call our boutique at +1 (786) 241-9014 and a team member will gladly assist you.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you unless you have provided specific delivery instructions.
If we cannot reach you, we may:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location
- Leave the flowers with a neighbor or building concierge
- Leave a notice for the recipient to contact us
Jardin de L’Amour is not responsible for flowers left at the delivery location following customer-provided or reasonable delivery decisions.
RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED
To ensure successful delivery, we may contact the recipient to confirm availability or verify the address unless you instruct us not to do so in the special instructions box during checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Please call +1 (786) 241-9014 as soon as possible for assistance.
Orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery cannot be canceled.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales at Jardin de L’Amour are final due to the perishable nature of our floral products.
We handle fresh flowers and arrangements that are sensitive to temperature, light, and handling. The only exception to our final sale policy is if your order arrives in damaged or defective condition.
To report an issue:
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear photo of the arrangement must be emailed to info@jardindelamour.com
- The arrangement must remain in its original condition for review
We always ensure these interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
